Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an anode for a lithium secondary battery and a method for manufacturing the same, in which a polymer structure having a three-dimensional nanopore is manufactured on a metal substrate by a near-field nano patterning scheme, and an electroless plating with a current collecting metal (copper, nickel or aluminum) and an electroless plating with a tin are sequentially performed on the polymer structure to manufacture a three-dimensional nano foam structure of a tin-copper (or, nickel or aluminum) so that a lithium secondary battery has a three-dimensional nano foam structure where the current collecting metal (copper, nickel or aluminum) and an active material (tin) are integrated. The method for manufacturing an anode for a lithium secondary battery includes the steps of: (a) forming a polymer structure on the surface of a metal substrate; (b) performing an electroless plating on the surface of the polymer structure with a current collecting metal (copper, nickel or aluminum) to manufacture a structure of the current collecting metal foam; and (c) performing an electroless plating on the surface of the structure of the current collecting metal foam with a tin to manufacture a current collecting metal-tin structure.
본 발명은 금속 기판상에 근접장 나노 패터닝 방법으로 3차원 나노 기공을 갖는 폴리머 구조체를 제작하고, 상기 폴리머 구조체에 무전해 집전체금속(구리, 또는 니켈, 알루미늄) 도금 및 무전해 주석 도금을 순차적으로 수행하여 3차원 나노 폼 주석-구리(또는 니켈, 알루미늄) 구조체를 제작함으로써 집전체(구리, 니켈, 알루미늄)와 활물질(주석)이 일체화된 3차원 나노 폼(foam) 구조의 리튬 이차전지용 음극 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 리튬 이차전지용 음극을 제조하기 위한 방법은, (a) 금속 기판의 표면에 폴리머 구조체를 형성하는 단계와; (b) 무전해도금 방식으로 상기 폴리머 구조체의 표면에 집전체금속(구리, 또는 니켈, 알루미늄)을 도금하여 집전체금속폼 구조체를 제조하는 단계와; (c) 무전해도금 방식으로 상기 집전체금속폼 구조체의 표면에 주석을 도금하여 집전체금속-주석 구조체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
