Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition comprising an extract of Sophorae flos having excellent moisturizing activity and anti-inflammatory activity, and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to: a skin moisturizing cosmetic composition and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammation, comprising an extract of Sophorae flos as an active component; and to a method for manufacturing the composition comprising the extract of Sophorae flos, which includes the following steps: grinding Sophorae flos; and obtaining the extract of the ground Sophorae flos. 본 발명은 우수한 보습성 및 항염증성을 갖는 괴화 추출물을 포함하는 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 괴화 추출물을 유효 성분으로 포함하는 피부 보습용 화장료 조성물, 괴화 추출물을 유효 성분으로 포함하는 염증의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물 및 괴화를 분쇄하는 단계; 및 분쇄된 괴화로부터 괴화 추출물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 괴화 추출물을 포함하는 조성물의 제조방법을 제공한다.
