Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a transparent heat-insulating material including a transparent heat-insulating resin layer including polymer capsules and an optical resin, and a method for preparing the same. The transparent heat-insulating material may reduce the transmission of radiative heat of solar radiation energy entering from the exterior, and prevent discharge of heat when indoor heating, while showing high transparency as well. In addition, the transparent heat-insulating material may allow easy control of the size of capsules contained in a transparent heat-insulating film, and may be obtained through a simple and easy process. Further, it is possible to control the light transmission and heat-insulating property of the transparent heat-insulating material with ease. 고분자 캡슐 및 광학 수지를 포함하는 투명 단열 수지층을 포함하는 투명 단열재와 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 해당 투명 단열재에 의하면, 외부에서 들어오는 태양 복사 에너지의 복사열 투과를 감소시킬 수 있고, 내부의 난방열 방출을 방지할 수 있으며 동시에 투명도가 높다. 또한, 투명 단열 필름에 함유된 캡슐의 크기를 쉽게 제어할 수 있고 제조 과정이 단순하고 용이하다. 또한, 투명 단열재의 광투과성 및 단열성을 용이하게 조절할 수 있다.
