Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for continuously manufacturing acrylic acid and a manufacturing apparatus using the same. The method for continuously manufacturing acrylic acid comprises the steps of: (1) obtaining acrylic acid-containing mixture gas by having a partial oxidization reaction of reactants including propane, oxygen, water vapor, and carbon dioxide using a catalyst; (2) separating the acrylic acid-containing mixture gas into an acrylic acid-containing solution and gaseous byproducts; (3) separating an acrylic acid solution from the separated acrylic acid-containing solution; and (4) recirculating the separated gaseous byproducts to the reactants. The continuous manufacturing method of acrylic acid in the present invention prevents excessive elevation of temperature inside a reactor while inhibiting additional generation of byproducts. 본 발명은 (1) 프로판, 산소, 수증기 및 이산화탄소를 포함하는 반응물을 촉매를 사용하여 부분산화 반응시켜, 아크릴산 함유 혼합가스를 수득하는 단계; (2) 상기 아크릴산 함유 혼합가스를 아크릴산 함유 용액 및 기상부산물로 분리하는 단계; (3) 상기 분리된 아크릴산 함유 용액에서 아크릴산 용액을 분리하는 단계; 및 (4) 상기 분리된 기상부산물을 상기 반응물로 재순환시키는 단계;를 포함하는 연속식 아크릴산 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 제조장치에 관한 것이다.
