Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a food product that does not generate objectionable odors, in particular, fishy odors, in any formulation, including liquid, gel, semisolid, and solid formulations, and in which the generation of odors due to aging is prevented. The food product also has a high antiplatelet activity, in particular when compared to food products containing conventional fish-derived EPA and DHA. The food product comprises algae extract oil, proteins from an animal or a plant source, and an emulsifier. 액상, 겔상, 반고체 형상, 고체 형상 등, 어떠한 형태의 음식물에서도 어취로 대표되는 악취를 발생시키지 않고, 또한 경시 변화에 의한 악취의 발생이 억제된 음식물을 제공하고, 또한 종래의 어류 유래의 EPA 및 DHA 함유 식품과 비교하여, 특히 혈소판 응집 억제작용이 우수한 음식물을 제공한다. 조류 추출유와, 동물성 또는 식물성 단백질과, 유화제를 함유하는 것으로 하고 있다.
