Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a photocatalytic filter and a producing method thereof, which can decompose mixed gas including gas left behind in a competition reaction by improving absorption performance of a photocatalytic surface, from an initial reaction. The producing method of the photocatalytic filter comprises the steps of: producing photocatalyst dispersing solution by dispersing TiO_2 nano powder, which is photocatalytic materials, and a metal compound in water; coating the photocatalyst dispersing solution on a support body; drying the coated support body; and sintering the dried support body. In addition, the photocatalytic filter of the present invention comprises: the support body, the photocatalytic materials coated on the support body, and the metal compound.
본 발명은 광촉매 표면의 흡착 성능을 향상시켜, 경쟁반응에서 뒤쳐지는 가스를 포함하는 혼합 가스를 광촉매 반응 초기부터 분해할 수 있는 광촉매 필터 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 광촉매 필터 제조 방법은 광촉매 물질인 TiO나노파우더와 금속 화합물을 물에 분산하여 광촉매 분산액을 제조하는 단계, 광촉매 분산액을 지지체에 코팅하는 단계, 및 코팅된 지지체를 건조하는 단계 및 건조된 지지체를 소결하는 단계를 포함한다. 또한 본 발명의 광촉매 필터는 지지체, 상기 지지체 상에 코팅된 광촉매 물질과 금속 화합물을 포함한다. |
