SHAFT VOLTAGE CONTROL APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR REAL TIME MONITORING REMOTELY IN VESSEL

The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a shaft potential of a hull, capable of remote monitoring in real-time, and a method for controlling a shaft potential of a hull. More specifically, disclosed are the method for controlling a shaft potential of a hull and the apparatus for controlling a shaft potential of a hull measuring a shaft potential of a hull in real-time to keep a predetermined size of potential, removing a current of alternating current components generated by a change in impedance occurring when a propeller shaft is operated in accordance with operation of a ship to allow a predetermined direct current to flow toward the shaft, preventing a propeller of the ship and a shaft bearing from being corroded, determining whether or not there is a defect in the shaft potential by checking measurement data of a plurality of measurement points to monitor a shaft potential control state, and transmitting the measurement data of the measurement points and state information to a remote monitoring device to monitor the shaft potential control state in real-time. 본 발명은 실시간 원격 모니터링이 가능한 선체 축전위 조정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 선체의 축전위를 실시간으로 측정하여 일정한 크기의 전위를 유지하도록 하고, 운행에 따른 프로펠러 축 구동시 발생하는 임피던스 변화에 의해 발생되는 교류성분의 전류를 제거하여 축으로 일정한 직류 전류가 흐르도록 하여, 선박의 프로펠러와 축 베어링이 부식되는 것을 방지하며, 축전위 제어 상태를 모니터링하기 위한 복수 개 측정포인트의 측정 데이터를 확인하여 이상 유무를 판단하고 복수 개 측정포인트의 측정 데이터 및 상태 정보를 원격지에 있는 모니터링 장치에 전송하여 실시간 모니터링이 가능하도록 하는 선체 축전위 조정 장치 및 방법을 개시한다.
