Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an apparatus for laying a cable drum to facilitate a laying process for a cable tray. The apparatus for laying a cable drum according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a carrier frame, an elevating fork unit which is movable in a vertical direction to the carrier frame and supports rotatably the cable drum, a transfer unit which transfers a cable by rotating and pushing the cable of the cable drum when the cable is pressurized, and a guide unit which has a rotation guide plate for guiding the transfer direction of the cable transferred by the transfer unit to an laying direction. 케이블 드럼 포설장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 케이블 드럼 포설장치는 대차프레임과, 대차프레임에 상하방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되며, 케이블 드럼을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 승강포크유닛과, 케이블 드럼의 케이블을 압착한 상태에서 회전하여 밀어줌에 의해 케이블을 이송시키는 이송유닛 및 이송유닛에 의해 송출되는 케이블의 이송방향을 포설방향 쪽으로 유도하기 위한 회전안내판을 구비한 안내유닛을 포함한다.
