Zusammenfassung: | According to an embodiment of the present invention, a radiation body frame comprises: a radiation body which includes an antenna pattern unit receiving and transmitting a signal, a connection terminal electrically connecting the antenna pattern unit to a circuit substrate, and a nickel plating layer on an exterior thereof; and a molding frame formed by conducting an injection molding procedure of the radiation body to expose the connection terminal to one surface and the antenna pattern unit to the other surface which is the opposite surface of the one surface. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the radiation body frame to boost a production yield rate by excluding a coating process to reduce production costs.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 방사체 프레임은 신호를 송신 또는 수신하는 안테나 패턴부와 상기 안테나 패턴부와 회로기판을 전기적으로 연결하는 연결 단자부를 구비하고, 외면에는 니켈 도금층이 형성된 방사체 및 상기 연결 단자부가 일면으로 노출되고 상기 안테나 패턴부가 상기 일면의 반대면인 타면으로 노출되도록 상기 방사체를 몰드 사출 성형하여 형성되는 몰딩 프레임을 포함할 수 있다. |
