Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for coating a coal-fired boiler comprising: an electric heating surface which forms a flame therein; a first pulverizer which forms a fireball by inputting coal to the inside of the electric heating surface; a position sensing part which senses the position where the fireball is formed; an internal environment control part which controls the internal environment of the electric heating surface based on the position where the fireball is formed as sensed by the position sensing part; and a second pulverizer which introduces a coating agent to the inside of the electric heating surface when the position where the fireball is formed is inside a preset space. Therefore, costs for coating an electric heating surface and a tube in a coal-fired boiler can be reduced and a coating can be safely executed.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 석탄화력 보일러 코팅 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 화염을 형성하는 전열면; 전열면의 내부에 석탄을 투입하여 파이어볼(fireball)을 형성시키는 제1 미분기; 파이어볼이 형성된 위치를 감지하는 위치 감지부; 위치 감지부에서 감지한 파이어볼의 형성 위치에 기초하여 전열면의 내부환경을 제어하는 내부환경 제어부; 및 파이어볼이 형성된 위치가 기 설정된 공간의 내부인 경우 전열면의 내부에 코팅제를 투입하는 제2 미분기; 를 포함함으로써, 석탄화력 보일러내 전열면 및 튜브의 코팅 비용이 절약되고 안전하게 코팅될 수 있다. |
