Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling tension of a pipe member. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for controlling tension of a pipe member comprises: a pipe member having an expansion pipe; a fixing unit installed in the pipe member to fixate the expansion pipe to be compressed; a tension measurement device installed in the pipe member to measure tension of the pipe member; and a control device controlling the fixing unit to control a compression degree of the expansion pipe in accordance with the tension of the pipe member to control the length of the expansion pipe. 본 발명은 관부재의 장력 조절 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 관부재의 장력 조절 장치는 신축관을 구비하는 관부재; 관부재에 설치되어 신축관이 압축되도록 고정하는 고정부; 관부재에 설치되어 관부재의 장력을 계측하는 장력 계측 장치; 및 관부재의 장력에 따라 신축관의 압축 정도가 조절되도록 고정부를 제어하여 신축관의 길이를 조절하는 조절 장치를 포함한다.
