Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a power supply cable to supply power to a plating bath and, more specifically, relates to a power supply cable for a plating bath with a simple configuration wherein a separate copper pipe is not used in a connection portion to connect a power supply connection port to a cable. A cable is inserted into an insertion port on one end of a power supply connection port formed of titanium; an outer edge of the insertion port is uniformly pressed to connect and fixate a power supply cable to the power supply connection port; the outside of the cable is coated with a cable protective tube; and the outer surface of the connection portion between the power supply connection port and the cable is sealed with a rubber cover. Accordingly, the cable is directly connected to the power supply connection port formed of titanium; a copper pipe which is a separate connection port as a conventional connection is not required; the structure is simple; the number of process is reduced; productivity is improved, and product competitiveness is improved due to a reduction in production costs by reducing the number of components.
본 발명은 도금조에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급 케이블에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 전원접속구와 전선을 연결하는 연결부위에 별도의 동관을 사용하지 않는 구성이 간단한 도금조의 전원공급 케이블에 관한 것으로, 티타늄으로 형성된 전원접속구의 일측단 삽입구에 전선을 삽입하고 삽입구 외연을 균일하게 압착하여 전원선을 전원접속구에 연결 고정시키고, 전선 외부에 전선보호관을 피복하고 전원접속구와 전선의 연결부위 외면을 고무커버로 밀봉시키므로서, 티타늄으로 형성된 전원접속구에 전선을 직접 연결시키게 되어 종래와 같이 별도의 접속구인 동관이 필요없으므로 구조가 간단하여 작업공수가 줄어들게되어 생산성이 향상될 뿐만아니라 부품수의 감소로 인한 생산원가의 저감으로 제품의 경쟁력이 향상되는 효과가 있는 것이다. |
