Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (HER-2) targeted aptamer complex, and to uses thereof. Cellular internalization and apoptotic effects specific to a HER-2-positive breast cancer cell strain are confirmed by using the aptamer complex of the present invention. Regarding the treatment of the breast cancer, target treatment can be fundamentally performed. The aptamer complex, capable of specifically acting only to HER-2 receptor-expressed cancer cells and minimizing side effects, can be efficiently used as a composition for treating the breast cancer. 본 발명은 HER-2 (Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2) 표적화 압타머 복합체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 압타머 복합체를 이용하여 HER-2-positive 유방암 세포주에 대한 특이적인 세포 내 유입(cellular internalization) 및 사멸 효과를 확인하였는바, 유방암의 치료에 있어서, 보다 근본적으로 접근하여 타겟 치료를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
