FRYER AND APPARATUS FOR MANAGING QUALITY AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a fryer, and an apparatus and a method for managing quality thereof. The fryer includes: a frying bath which contains frying oil or oil; a main body which includes the frying bath installed therein; a heater which is installed in the main body and heats the frying bath; a frying control module which is installed in the main body, and controls the heating operation of the heater; a rancidity measuring device which is installed in the main body, and measures an oil rancidity value of the oil filled in the frying bath; and a quality control module which is electrically connected to the frying control module. The quality control module compares oil rancidity, measured by the rancidity measuring device, with a reference value and checks the oil rancidity. If the oil rancidity value is the same as the reference value or lower, the operation of the heater is maintained, and one or more units of information among a date, time, the temperature, the oil rancidity, and additional information are printed on a label to be attached to a package box by using a label printer.
