Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sweet jelly using aronia, which enables modern people to conveniently eat color food, the easiest to be deficient for modern people, regardless of time and space, and to the sweet jelly using aronia manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the sweet jelly using aronia includes: 1) a first step of obtaining minced aronia; 2) a second step of putting agar powder and water in a pot and soaking the agar powder in water; 3) a third step of heating water by heating the pot, and mixing white bean paste; 4) a fourth step of continuously putting oligosaccharide and walnuts into the pot, heating the mixture to avoid boiling over, and putting the minced aronia obtained by the first step; 5) a fifth step of obtaining the sweet jelly by stopping heating the pot, cooling down the aronia mixture, and pouring the aronia mixture into a mold; and 6) a sixth step of manufacturing the sweet jelly by cooling the sweet jelly, obtained by the fifth step, and separating the sweet jelly from the mold. 본 발명은 현대인에게 가장 결핍되기 쉬운 컬러 푸드를 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 편리하게 섭취할 수 있도록 하는 아로니아를 이용한 양갱의 제조방법 및 그로부터 제조된 아로니아 양갱을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 아로니아 양갱의 제조방법은 1) 아로니아를 잘게 다져 다진 아로니아를 얻는 제 1단계; 2) 냄비에 한천가루와 물을 넣은 후에 한천가루를 불리는 제 2단계; 3) 상기 냄비를 가열시켜 물을 가열한 뒤 백앙금을 넣고 풀어주는 제 3단계; 4) 계속하여 상기 냄비에 올리고당과 호두를 넣고 가열하여 끓지 않도록 저어주면서 제 1단계에서 얻은 다진 아로니아를 넣어주는 제 4단계; 5) 상기 냄비의 가열을 중단하고 아로니아를 식혀 성형틀에 부은 다음 굳혀 양갱을 얻는 제 5단계; 6) 상기 제 5단계에서 얻은 양갱을 냉각하여 성형틀에서 분리함으로써 양갱을 제조하는 제 6단계를 포함한다.
