Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing natural fertilizer by using phosphate rock and microorganisms, wherein an absorption rate of phosphate, remaining in soil, in plants can be maximized by manufacturing the natural fertilizer through a fermentation manufacturing process using mineral powder, made of minerals including phosphate rock containing a large amount of calcium phosphate, and anaerobic effective microorganisms which solubilize organic material powder and insoluble phosphate. More specifically, the method for manufacturing natural fertilizer by using phosphate rock and microorganisms comprises: a mineral powder generation step (S100); an organic powder generation step (S200); a first microorganism culturing step (S300); a second microorganism culturing step (S400); a first fermentation step (S500) of aging the fertilizer for 5-10 days in an anaerobic condition; a second fermentation step (S600) of aging the fertilizer for 3-7 days in an aerobic condition; a drying step (S700); and a packaging step (S800).
본 발명은 인광석과 미생물을 이용한 천연비료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 인산칼슘을 다량으로 함유하는 인광석을 포함하는 광물로 이루어지는 광물분말과 유기물분말 및 난용성 인산염을 가용화시키는 혐기성의 유용 미생물을 이용한 발효 제조과정을 통하여 천연비료를 제조하도록 함으로써 토양에 잔존하는 인산의 식물 내 흡수율을 극대화하도록 구성되는 인광석과 미생물을 이용한 천연비료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 광물분말형성단계(S100);와, 유기물분말형성단계(S200);와, 제1미생물배양단계(S300);와, 제2미생물배양단계(S400);와, 혐기 조건에서 5~10일간 숙성시키는 제1차발효단계(S500);와, 호기 조건에서 3~7일간 숙성시키는 제2차발효단계(S600);와, 건조단계(S700);와, 포장단계(S800);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
