APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR GOAL ATTAINMENT DIAGNOSTIC

The present invention relates to a device and a method for diagnosing goal attainment, capable of providing a prediction of an event property value and an action by time which should be performed for goal attainment, and a proximity degree calculation result by final result category. According to the present invention, the device for diagnosing goal attainment includes: a preprocessing unit defining a process goal, a final result category, a property, a mission time, and an evaluation time, collecting or confirming the property value from one or more past process instances corresponding to the defined goal, the final result category, the property, the mission time, and the evaluation time, and extracting event profiles from the property value of the process instances; and a proximity calculation unit calculating a prior probability and a posterior probability based on the extracted event profile and calculating the proximity degree by final result category by time of the process instances which is currently underway in the defined evaluation time by using the calculated proximity degree and the posterior probability. 본 발명에 따른 목표 달성 진단 장치는 프로세스 목표, 최종성과 유형, 속성, 수행기간 및 평가시점을 정의하고, 정의된 목표, 최종성과 유형, 속성, 수행기간 및 평가시점에 부합되는 하나 이상의 과거 프로세스 인스턴스로부터 속성 값을 수집 또는 확인하며, 프로세스 인스턴스의 속성 값으로부터 이벤트 프로파일을 추출하는 전처리부 및 추출된 이벤트 프로파일에 기초하여 사전확률 및 사후확률을 산출하고, 산출된 사전확률 및 사후확률을 이용하여 정의된 평가시점에서의 현재 진행 중인 프로세스 인스턴스의 시점별 최종 성과 유형별 근접도를 산출하는 근접도 산출부를 포함한다.
