Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a manufacturing method of titanium dioxide coating solution which has improved hardness, transparency, chemical resistance, water resistance, and optical properties by attaching a silane polymer on the surface of a titanium dioxide nanoparticle. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of titanium dioxide coating solution comprises: a first step for manufacturing a silane polymer by making a reaction between silane and a reactive monomer; and a second step for manufacturing a complex titanium dioxide particle by making a reaction between the silane polymer and a titanium oxide particle.
본 발명의 목적은 이산화티탄 나노입자의 표면에 실란폴리머를 결합시켜 경도, 투명성, 내화학성, 내수성 및 광학적 특성이 향상된 이산화 티탄 코팅액 조성물 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 실란과 반응성모노머를 반응시켜 실란폴리머를 제조하는 제 1단계; 및 상기 실란폴리머와 이산화티탄입자를 반응시켜 복합 이산화티탄입자를 제조하는 제 2단계;를 포함한다. |
