Zusammenfassung:	리드선(21)은 전원에 전기적으로 접속된다. 히터선(22)은 리드선(21)을 통하여 전력을 공급받아 발열한다. 삽통 구멍(12)이 하우징(11)에 형성된다. 리드선(21)과 히터선(22)은, 각 선단을 동일 방향을 향한 상태에서, 코오킹 부재(23)에 의해 연결되어 고정된다. 코오킹 부재(23)에 의해 연결된 리드선(21)과 히터선(22)은, 삽통 구멍(12)의 입구부(13)로부터 단부(14)를 향하여 삽입된 상태에서, 삽통 구멍(12) 내에 고정된다. 단부(14)에 형성된 주입 구멍(14)으로부터, 삽통 구멍(12) 중에 밀봉 수지가 주입되어 충진된다. A lead wire 21 is electrically connected to an electric power source. A wire heater 22 is supplied with electric power through the lead wire 21 to generate heat. An insertion hole 12 is formed in a housing 11. The lead wire 21 and the wire heater 22 are connected by a caulked member 23 and fixed to each other, while aligning the tips of the lead wire 21 and the wire heater 22 in the same direction. The lead wire 21 and the wire heater 22, connected by the caulked member 23, are fixed in the insertion hole 12 with being inserted from the inlet portion 13 of the insertion hole 12 toward the end portion 14 of the insertion hole 12. Sealing resin is injected into the insertion hole 12 from an injection hole 15 formed in the end portion 14, and filled therein.
