Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a method for reducing current consumption and an electronic device which comprises: a communications processor for collecting an event associated with operation of at least one application while an application processor is in a sleep state; and a communications interface for transmitting a message corresponding to the collected event to an external electronic device.
