Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a feed composition for a lactating sow containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and a manufacturing method thereof. A piglet that had pig milk which is produced when feeding the feed composition manufactured by the present invention to a lactating sow can have improved resistance for various types of diseases as the density of immunoglobulin in blood of the body is increased, as well as inducing the improvement of the growth speed of the piglet and the nurturing rate after having baby food and inducing the reduction of marketing day as the weight of the piglet is increased when having baby food. The lactating sow does not lose weight though the production amount of milk is increased, and the density of immunoglobulinG inside a serum of the lactating sow and the pig milk is increased and disease resistance and successive productivity of the lactating sow are increased due to the increase of the CLA in blood of the lactating sow. Provided is the feed composition containing the CLA as an active ingredient which improves productivity efficiency of the lactating sow and the piglet from the perspective of nutritional science, function, and quality. 본 발명은, 공액리놀레산을 함유하는 포유모돈전용 사료조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 의해 제조된 사료조성물을 포유모돈에 급여하였을 때 생산되는 돈유를 섭취한 자돈은 체내 혈중 면역글로불린농도가 증가되어 각종 질병에 대한 저항성이 향상될 뿐만 아니라, 이유시 자돈체중이 증가되어 자돈의 성장속도 및 이유후 육성율의 개선과 출하일령의 단축을 유도할 뿐만 아니라, 포유모돈은 유생산량이 증가하였음에도 체중이 감량되지 않고 모돈의 혈중 공액리놀레산(CLA, conjugated linoleic acid)수준의 증가로 모돈혈청 및 돈유내 면역글로불린G의 농도가 증가되고 모돈의 내병성(耐病性)과 연산성(連産性)이 향상되어 영양학적, 기능적, 품질 측면에서 모돈과 자돈의 생산효율을 향상시키는 공액리놀레산을 유효성분으로 함유하는 포유모돈 사료조성물의 제조방법을 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
