The present invention is provided to use a plastic phase change material (400) as a mold. Provided is a phase change material mold for manufacturing an amorphous concrete segment, in which as the shape of the phase change material (400) adhering to a molding plate (300) is changed and plasticized by the upward and downward action of a rod (NCR) in an amorphous concrete segment manufacturing apparatus (100), a three-dimensional amorphous shape formed on the molding plate (300) is transmitted to the phase change material (400) as it is, and the phase change material (400) is used as a mold. The purpose of the present invention is to convert a CAD design drawing into a numerical value as it is, so as to quickly manufacture an amorphous PC through a computer program and a control apparatus. 본 발명은 가소성(可塑性)의 상변화물질 (400, phase change material)을 거푸집으로 이용하기 위한 것으로, 비정형 콘크리트 세그먼트 제조장치(100)의 로드(NCR)의 상하 작용에 의하여 조형판(300)에 밀착된 상기 상변화물질 (400, phase change material)의 형상이 변화하고 소성되므로, 상기 조형판(300)에 형성된 3차원의 비정형 형상이 그대로 상기 상변화물질 (400, phase change material)로 전달되고, 상기 상변화물질 (400, phase change material)을 거푸집으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정형 콘크리트 세그먼트 제작을 위한 상변화물질 거푸집을 제공한다.
