RADIAL MULTI-PASS CARBONIZER INCLUDING ACTIVATION PROCESS FOR ACTIVATED CARBON PRODUCTION

The present invention relates to a radial multi-stage rotatory carbonizer including a carbonizing furnace and an activating furnace for production of active coal or regeneration of active coal used as an adsorbent in an industrial field. The radial multi-stage rotatory carbonizer comprises an external drum; an insulator formed on the entire periphery of the inner side of the external drum; a carbonizing furnace formed inside the insulator, and including an active coal material inlet; and an activating furnace formed inside the insulator, connected to the carbonizing furnace, and including a heat source supply part, wherein the carbonizing furnace and the activating furnace operate in a radial multi-stage rotatory manner, thereby regenerating activated coal waste for water treatment and producing high class activated coal at the low cost by exceeding limit of an existing carbonizing and activating facility. 산업계에서 흡착제로 사용되는 활성탄의 생산 또는 활성탄 재생을 위해 탄화로 및 활성화로를 구비한 방사형 다단 회전식 탄화장치에 관한 것으로, 외부 드럼, 상기 외부 드럼의 내측 전체 둘레에 마련된 단열재, 상기 단열재의 내측에 마련되고 활성탄 원료 투입구를 구비한 탄화로, 상기 단열재의 내측에 마련되고 상기 탄화로와 연통되며, 열원을 공급하는 열원 공급부를 구비한 활성화로를 포함하며, 상기 탄화로와 상기 활성화로는 방사형 다단 회전식으로 구현되는 구성을 마련하여, 기존의 탄화 및 활성화시설의 한계를 극복하여 수처리용 폐할성탄의 재생 및 고품위활성탄을 보다 저렴하게 생산할 수 있다.
