SYSTEM FOR MONITORING BUILDING CONDITION BASED ON BUILDING IMAGE INFORMATION AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

The present invention discloses a system for diagnosing a building condition based on building image information and a control method thereof. In other words, the present invention can provide a detailed and accurate building condition by diagnosing the building condition based on previous building image information and current building image information. The system for monitoring a building condition based on the building image information includes: a storage unit storing distance information, angle information, and illumination information on a point where a three-dimensional image of an important part is captured and photographing guideline information generated based on the three-dimensional image about the important part; a camera unit capturing the three-dimensional image for the important part based on the photographing guideline information; a sensor unit measuring temperature and humidity of the important part based on the photographing guideline information; and a control unit calculating a variation value and generating alarm. 본 발명은 건물 이미지 정보를 근거로 한 건물 상태 진단 시스템 및 그의 제어 방법을 개시한다. 즉, 본 발명은 이전 건물 이미지 정보 및 현재 건물 이미지 정보를 근거로 건물 상태를 진단함으로써 세부적이고 정확한 건물 상태를 제공할 수 있다.
