Zusammenfassung:	An ESD protection board to remove ESD components without using an ESD element according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a substrate; a ground electrode which is prepared on the substrate; a signal input electrode which is prepared on a surface of the substrate and receives an external control signal; and a high voltage conduction material which is spread between the ground electrode and the signal input electrode. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 ESD 보호 기판은 기판; 상기 기판의 일면에 마련되는 접지 전극; 상기 기판의 일면에 마련되어 외부의 제어 신호를 입력받는 신호 입력 전극; 및 상기 접지 전극과 상기 신호 입력 전극 사이에 도포되는 고전압 통전 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
