SEAWEEDS REMOVING METHOD AND SYSTEM

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for removing detected algae which photographs a wide area through intelligent CCTVs with respect to algae existing on the sea to obtain algae image information, analyzes the algae image information to sound the alarm if it is recognized that algae are generated, and moves to an algae-generating point based on a GPS position such that algae can be removed, and a method of removing detected algae using the same. A system of removing detected algae includes: an algae image obtaining unit photographing a sea area through cameras installed at predetermined areas where algae are capable of being generated on the sea to obtain alga images; an algae information database storing algae images obtained in real-time or algae images obtained previously through the algae image obtaining unit; an algae image analyzing unit finding patterns and trends of the previously obtained algae images and analyzing correlations between data to produce rules and forecasting models, and analyzing the real-time obtained algae images based on the rules and forecasting models; a priority determining unit determining priority of responding urgency for an algae generated area when algae are generated according to analysis results through the algae image analyzing unit; a control unit controlling the system to alarm the generation of algae when algae are generated according to the analysis results of the algae images, and controlling the system to remove algae of areas having a high priority of responding urgency determined by the priority determining unit; and an algae removing unit removing algae of areas having a high priority of responding urgency according to controlling of the control unit. 본 발명은 해상에 존재하는 조류에 대해 지능형 CCTV를 통해 넓은 지역을 촬영해 얻은 조류 영상 정보를 분석해 조류가 발생된 것으로 인식되면 경보를 발령하고, GPS 위치에 근거해 발생 지점으로 이동하여 조류를 제거할 수 있도록 하는 감지 조류 제거 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 감지 조류 제거 시스템은, 조류의 발생이 가능한 일정 구역마다 설치된 카메라를 통해 해당 구역을 촬영하여 조류 영상을 획득하는 조류영상 획득부; 상기 실시간으로 획득된 조류 영상이나, 이전에 획득된 조류 영상을 저장하는 조류정보 데이터베이스; 상기 이전에 획득된 조류 영상의 패턴 및 트랜드를 찾아 데이터간 상관관계를 분석해 규칙 및 예측 모델을 생성하고, 상기 규칙 및 예측 모델에 근거해 상기 실시간으로 획득된 조류 영상을 분석하는 조류영상 분석부; 상기 분석 결과에 따라 조류가 발생한 경우에 조류 발생 구역에 대한 대응 시급성의 우선순위를 결정하는 우선순위 결정부; 상기 조류 영상의 분석 결과에 따라 조류가 발생된 경우에 조류 발생을 경고하여 알람해 주도록 제어하고, 상기 결정된 우선순위에 따라 대응 시급성의 우선순위가 높은 구역의 조류를 제거하도록 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 제어에 따라 대응 시급성의 우선순위가 높은 구역의 조류를 제거하는 조류 제거부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
