Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a system for diagnosing a detection signal in a firefighting equipment and a method thereof. A collection part collects the detection signal generated from a detection part. If the collection part delivers data recorded according to an established sampling period and a trigger mode to a preprocessing part, the preprocessing part removes noise from the data delivered from the collection part using a Kalman filter and also estimates a detection signal pattern from an error pattern stored in a storage part in advance and then delivers the estimated detection signal pattern to a coding part. The coding part codes the detection signal pattern and delivers the coded detection signal pattern to an analysis part. Then, the analysis part judges whether the detection signal is an error signal, by comparing the coded detection signal pattern with an error pattern. According to the present invention, the system can diagnose an error of a corresponding detection signal through pattern analysis of the detection signal accurately, and thus can prevent unnecessary movement of a fire engine and unnecessary operation of a firefighting equipment.
본 발명은 소방설비의 감지신호 진단 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 감지부로부터 발생된 감지신호를 수집부에서 수집하고, 수집부에서 설정된 샘플링 주기 및 트리거 모드에 따라 기록된 데이터를 전처리부로 전달하면, 전처리부에서 칼만 필터를 이용하여 수집부로부터 전달된 데이터로부터 잡음을 제거함과 아울러 저장부에 기저장된 에러패턴으로부터 감지신호 패턴을 추정하여 코드화부로 전달하고, 코드화부에서 감지신호 패턴을 코드화하여 분석부로 전달하면, 분석부에서 코드화된 감지신호 패턴과 에러패턴을 비교하여 감지신호가 에러신호인지 여부를 판단한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 감지신호의 패턴 분석을 통해 해당 감지신호의 에러 여부를 정확하게 진단할 수 있으므로, 불필요한 소방차 출동, 소화설비 구동 등을 방지할 수 있다. |
