Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a fiber panel using a recycled inorganic fiber, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a fiber panel using a recycled inorganic fiber which is a panel with excellent mechanical properties, insulation properties, flame retardancy, water resistance, and air tightness, manufactured by mixing a solid binder, an inorganic filler, and a curing accelerator to the recycled inorganic fiber generated in a manufacturing process of grass wool, mineral wool, a ceramic fiber, etc., and compressing and forming the same, which prevents environmental pollution caused by landfill and incineration, and maximizes added value of the recycled inorganic fiber having the most part sorted as waste in an inorganic fiber manufacturing process, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은 순환자원형 무기섬유를 이용한 섬유 판넬 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 그라스 울, 미네랄 울, 세라믹 파이버 등의 제조 공정에서 발생하는 순환자원형 무기섬유에 고형바인더, 무기충진재 및 경화촉진제를 혼합한 후, 이를 압축 성형하여 제조되는, 기계적 물성, 절연특성, 난연성, 내수성 및 기밀성이 우수한 판넬로서, 매립 및 소각 처리에 의해 발생하는 환경오염을 방지하고, 무기섬유 제조 공정에서 대부분이 폐기물로 분류되는 순환자원형 무기섬유의 부가 가치를 극대화시킬 수 있는 순환자원형 무기섬유를 이용한 섬유 판넬 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
