Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a skimmer for water treatment which prevents corrosion of a scrapper and reduces volume of a water storage tank, and a solid-liquid separating device. The disclosed skimmer for water treatment comprises: a scrapper which skims a sludge rising from raw water; a reciprocating movement unit which horizontally moves the scrapper; and an elevation driving unit which vertically moves the scrapper. 수처리용 스키머와 고액분리장치에 관한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 수처리용 스키머는 원수에서 부상되는 슬러지를 걷어내는 스크래퍼와, 스크래퍼를 수평 이동시키는 왕복이동부 및 스크래퍼를 승강 이동시키는 승강구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
