Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for controlling an input, output, and temperature management of a secondary battery pack. The apparatus, in which a secondary battery cell is connected to a secondary battery cell protection circuit device, performs functions of detecting overcharge, interrupting charge, detecting overdischarge, interrupting the output, detecting overcurrent and shorts, interrupting the output, detecting shorts, interrupting the output and resetting automatically. The apparatus predicts a remaining battery capacity by a statistical method since a secondary battery remaining capacity measuring circuit device is connected to the secondary battery cell protection circuit device. Accordingly, the apparatus includes a circuit device for preventing a secondary battery from being completely discharged as the secondary battery remaining capacity measuring circuit device ceaselessly consumes standby power. In addition, the present invention relates to an apparatus including a comprehensive input/output control and monitoring device connected to the secondary battery remaining capacity measuring circuit device through a communication line to calculate a remaining battery capacity, charge power, and discharge power, thereby predicting and displaying the remaining time for charge completion and the remaining time for discharge completion, and a method thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to an apparatus including an input/output associated device for eliminating communication errors and noises during communication with the secondary battery remaining capacity measuring circuit device and the comprehensive input/output control and monitoring device, thereby determining data validity, and a method thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to an apparatus including a heating element covering a secondary battery cell package to protect the secondary battery cell at low temperature and enabling heat generated from a secondary battery to pass through the heating element and be discharged to the outside, and a method thereof.
