Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling a heating type injector system. The apparatus comprises: an input unit receiving start-up operation of a vehicle from a driver; a detection unit detecting a temperature of fuel; a relay regulating power applied to a heating type injector control module by means of on-off operation; and a control unit controlling the on-off operation of the relay based on the start-up operation inputted through the input unit and the temperature of fuel detected through the detection unit. 본 발명은 가열식 인젝터 시스템의 제어장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 운전자로부터 차량의 시동 조작을 입력받는 입력부; 연료의 온도를 감지하는 감지부; 온-오프 동작에 의해 가열식 인젝터 제어모듈에 인가되는 전원을 단속하는 릴레이; 상기 입력부를 통해 입력된 시동 조작 및 상기 감지부를 통해 감지된 연료의 온도에 근거하여 상기 릴레이의 온-오프 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
