FIXING STRUCTURE FOR A OUTSIDE PANEL OF BUILDING

The present invention provides a fixing structure of an exterior material of a building, capable of performing a role of a passive house and reducing an energy loss of a building and preventing dew condensation by preventing a heat bridge. According to an aspect of the present invention, the fixing structure of the exterior material of the building includes: an anchor combined with a building structure by passing through a heat insulation material installed on the outer surface of the building structure; a plate combined with the anchor and coming into contact with one side of the heat insulation material; a bracket supporting the exterior material of the building by being combined with the plate by an additional connection member; a support combined with the plate and supporting the plate since one end thereof is in contact with the building structure; a heat bridge blocking cap enclosing an end of the support and the anchor and preventing heat from being transmitted through the end; and a packing member preventing the heat from being transmitted through the first connection unit and a second connection unit by being individually insertion-injected to the first connection unit where the front surface of the plate or the anchor and the plate are connected and the second connection unit where the support and the plate are connected. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 건축물 외장재의 고정구조는 건축물 구조체의 외면에 구비되는 단열재를 관통하여 상기 건축물 구조체와 결합하는 앵커; 상기 앵커와 결합하고 상기 단열재의 일면과 맞대어지도록 구비되는 플레이트; 상기 플레이트와 별도의 결합부재를 통해 결합하여 건축물 외장재를 지지하는 브래킷; 상기 플레이트와 결합하고 일단이 상기 건축물 구조체에 맞대어져 상기 플레이트를 지지하는 지지대; 상기 앵커 및 지지대의 단부를 감싸도록 구비되어 상기 단부를 통한 열전달을 막는 열교차단캡; 및 상기 플레이트 전면 또는 상기 앵커와 상기 플레이트가 결합하는 제1결합부와 상기 지지대와 상기 플레이트가 결합하는 제2결합부 각각에 인서트 사출되어 상기 제1결합부 및 제2결합부를 통한 열전달을 막는 패킹부재;를 구비할 수 있다.
