| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an operating method of a storage device. According to the present invention, the operating method comprises the following steps of: receiving a command, an address, and data; comparing data stored in advance in a storage space of a nonvolatile memory in correspondence to the address with the received data in response to the command; and writing the received data in the nonvolatile memory when the previously stored data is different from the received data. Writing of the received data is canceled when the previously stored data is equal to the received data.
본 발명은 스토리지 장치의 동작 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 동작 방법은, 커맨드, 어드레스 및 데이터를 수신하는 단계, 커맨드에 응답하여 어드레스에 대응하는 불휘발성 메모리의 저장 공간에 미리 저장된 데이터를 수신된 데이터와 비교하는 단계, 그리고 미리 저장된 데이터와 수신된 데이터가 동일하지 않으면, 수신된 데이터를 불휘발성 메모리에 기입하는 단계로 구성된다. 미리 저장된 데이터와 수신된 데이터가 동일하면, 수신된 데이터의 기입이 취소된다. |
