Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a water-repellent film coating agent for an interior and an exterior of a vehicle. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water-repellent film coating agent for an interior and an exterior of a vehicle, which forms a highly concentrated silica film on a painting surface of the vehicle, thereby preventing damage and contamination on the interior and the exterior of the vehicle. Furthermore, the coating agent is easy to wash out and exhibits gloss effects as well. To this end, the water-repellent film coating agent comprises: a liquid organosilicic compound for formation of a glass membrane; decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane which increases a spontaneous combustion point; and isopropyl alcohol involved in the regulation of concentration. 본 발명은 차량 내부 및 외부 발수피막코팅제에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 자동차의 도장면에 고농도의 실리카 피막을 형성하여 자동차 내부 및 외부의 손상 및 오염을 방지하고, 세척이 용이하며, 광택효과를 낼 수 있는 차량 내부 및 외부 발수피막코팅제에 관한 것이다.
