| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a rotor of a motor which comprises: a rotor core provided by stacking rotor core units formed by depressing a plurality of matching grooves in the outside; a matching bar inserted into the matching groove of the rotor core; and an upper plate and a lower plate provided in both ends of the rotor core along an axial direction of a rotating axis, and coupled to the matching bar, thereby increasing assembly performance, and a torque characteristic to extend a design range of a magnetic flux barrier.
본 발명은 모터의 회전자에 관한 것으로, 외측에 복수개의 매칭홈이 함입되어 형성된 회전자코어유닛들이 적층되어 구비된 회전자코어, 회전자코어의 매칭홈에 끼워지는 매칭바, 및 회전축의 축방향을 따라 회전자코어의 양단에 구비되고 매칭바와 결합되는 상부 플레이트 및 하부 플레이트를 포함하여, 조립성을 향상시킬 수 있고 토크 특성을 향상시켜 자속장벽 설계의 범위를 확대시킬 수 있게 된다. |
