FIBER OPENING APPARATUS OF CARBON FIBER USING AIR SPRAY

In the present invention, provided is a fiber bundle opening device using vibration rollers and an air spray. According to the present invention, a plurality of vibration rollers vibrating at different frequencies and an air spray for spraying high pressure air are added to a conventional fiber opening device. Thus, a conventional installation facility may be used, an installation process is simple, and a fiber bundle of carbon fibers may be widely and uniformly opened. Accordingly, gathering of fiber bundles in a particular part of opened carbon fibers may be prevented, and opened fibers are uniformly distributed, so a positional fiber weight deviation of a final prepreg product is reduced and quality is improved. 본 발명은 종래의 개섬장치에 서로 다른 주파수로 진동하는 복수개의 진동롤러 및 고압의 공기를 분사하는 에어스프레이를 추가적으로 설비하여 기존의 설비시설을 이용할 수 있고, 설치과정이 간단하며, 탄소섬유의 섬유다발을 더 넓고 균일하게 개섬할 수 있는 진동롤러 및 에어스프레이를 이용한 섬유다발의 개섬장치를 제공한다. 따라서 개섬된 탄소섬유에서 일정부분에서 섬유다발들이 서로 모이는 현상을 방지뿐만 아니라 개섬된 섬유를 보다 더 균일한 분포로 분산시켜 최종 프리프레그 제품의 위치별 섬유중량편차를 줄여주게 되어 품질을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
