A IMAGING DEVICES FOR REMAINDER INSIDE A DRUM MIXER REMICON AGITATOR TRUCK

The present invention relates to an image inspection device for a residue in an agitator drum of a ready-mixed concrete mixer truck. The image inspection device for a residue comprises: a housing (110) being empty inside, and formed in a predetermined length wherein an inlet is formed on one side of the housing; and a camera (130) formed on an end of an arm (120) of the predetermined length and coming inside and out from the housing (110) by being installed in the housing (110). A door (150) is installed in the inlet of the housing (110), wherein the door is opened by being pushed when the camera (130) moves forwards and outside from the housing (110), and is also closed when the camera (130) moves backwards and is accommodated in the housing (110). The camera moves forwards and backwards without being disturbed since the door can be opened and closed even if foreign substances are piled and fossilized in front of the door. The door is supported while being opened when the camera moves outside as the door is fixated to the inlet of the housing to be able to rotate. As such, the image inspection device enables smooth photographing since a backward movement and the photographing are not disturbed. 본 발명은 내부가 레미콘 믹서트럭 에지테이터 드럼 내의 잔류물 영상 검사장치에 관한 것으로서, 내부가 비고 일정길이로 되며 일측에 입구가 형성된 하우징(110)과, 일정 길이로 되는 암(120)의 끝단에 형성되어 상기 하우징(110) 내부에 설치되어 출몰되는 카메라(130)를 포함하되, 상기 하우징(110) 입구에는 카메라(130)가 전진하여 방출될 때 밀려 개방되었다가 카메라(130)가 후진하여 하우징(110)에 수용되면 닫히게 되는 도어(150)를 구비하여, 도어의 전면에 이물질이 쌓여 고착되더라도 도어를 능히 열고 닫을 수 있게 되므로 카메라의 출몰이 방해되지 않고, 도어가 하우징 입구에 회동가능하게 고정되어 카메라가 방출되었을 때에는 도어가 열린 상태로 지지 되므로 카메라의 후진과 촬영을 방해하지 않아 원활한 촬영이 가능한 영상 검사장치를 얻을 수 있게 되는 레미콘 믹서트럭 에지테이터 드럼 내의 잔류물 영상 검사장치에 관한 것이다.
