Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composition for treating diseases of dogs using an immune antibody by comprising the following steps: independently preparing antibodies against different infectious diseases infecting dogs; inoculating layers and milk cows with the manufactured antibodies for forming an immune system; collecting immune eggs from the layers and collecting immune foremilk from the milk cows; and extracting yolk of the collected immune eggs, mixing with the immune foremilk, and manufacturing into a powder. 본 발명은 강아지를 감염시킬 수 있는 서로 다른 전염성 질병에 대한 항원을 각각 준비하는 단계; 상기 준비된 항원들과 면역형성용 항원을 제조하는 단계; 상기 제조된 면역형성용 항원을 산란계 및 젖소에 접종하는 단계; 상기 산란계로부터 면역계란을 수거 및 젖소로부터의 면역초유를 수거하는 단계; 상기 수거한 면역계란의 난황을 채취하여 면역초유와 혼합 후 분말로 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 면역항체를 이용한 강아지질병의 치료용 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
