Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an oriental medical treatment system based on mobile phone which is designed to obtain biometric data of a user in real time, obtain blood point information upon taking a remote treatment by extracting blood point information or transmitting the biometric data to a remote doctor after predicting diseases via a mobile phone based on the obtained biometric data, and treat a patient with an electrical needle by transmitting the information from the mobile phone to an electrical needle device wirelessly. The present invention comprises a bio-signal detecting means for sensing a bio-signal in real time; a mobile device for transmitting the data wirelessly by predicting diseases via a medical application by combining the bio-signal detected in the bio-signal detecting means and the basic information of a user that is previously registered by a user and by extracting the blood point information corresponding to the predicted diseases; and an electrical needle apparatus for generating electrostimulation by operating the electrical needle based on the blood point information transmitted wirelessly from the mobile device. 실시간으로 사용자의 생체정보를 획득하고, 그 획득한 생체정보를 기반으로 모바일에서 질병을 예측하여 혈점 정보를 추출하거나 원격의 의사에게 생체정보를 전송하여 원격 진료를 받아 혈점 정보를 획득하고, 이를 모바일에서 무선으로 전자 침 장치에 전송하여 자침이 이루어지도록 한 모바일 기반의 한방 의료 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 실시간으로 생체신호를 감지하는 생체신호 검출수단; 상기 생체신호 검출수단에서 검출한 생체신호와 사용자가 기등록한 사용자 기본정보를 조합하여 의료 애플리케이션을 통해 질병을 예측하고, 그 예측한 질병에 대응한 혈점 정보를 추출하여 무선으로 전송하는 모바일기기; 및 상기 모바일 기기로부터 무선으로 전송된 혈점 정보를 기초로 전자 침을 동작시켜 전기 자극을 발생하는 전자 침 장치를 포함한다.
