Zusammenfassung:	An oil boom spreading board is disclosed. The oil boom spreading board comprises: a buoyancy member which is used to spread an oil boom towed by a ship and floats on the water; a spreading member which is formed under the buoyancy member and allows fluid force to be applied thereto in a direction that the oil boom is spread when the ship moves; and a connection member which connects the spreading member to a towing rope connecting the ship and the oil boom, wherein the spreading member pulls the connection member in a direction that the oil boom is spread when the connection member is pulled by the towing rope when the ship moves. According to the present invention, the oil boom spreading board maintains an angle that the fluid force for spreading the oil boom is maximized while the oil boom is spread, and uniformly maintains the fluid force for spreading the oil boom even if the oil boom sinks or floats on the water. 오일펜스 전개장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 오일펜스 전개장치는, 1척의 선박에 의해 예인되는 오일펜스를 전개하는데 사용되고, 수면에 부유하는 부력부재; 부력부재의 아래쪽에 형성되고, 선박 이동시 오일펜스가 전개되는 방향으로 유체력이 작용하는 전개부재; 및 전개부재를 선박과 오일펜스를 연결하는 예인줄에 연결하는 연결부재를 포함하고, 선박 이동시 연결부재가 예인줄에 의해 당겨지면, 전개부재는 오일펜스가 전개되는 방향으로 연결부재를 당기는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 오일펜스를 전개하는 동안 오일펜스를 전개시키는 유체력이 최대가 되는 각도를 유지하며, 오일펜스가 침강하거나 부상하더라도 오일펜스를 전개시키는 유체력이 일정하게 유지되도록 이루어지는 오일펜스 전개장치를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
