CRUCHING APPARATUS FOR CRUST OF OVERCOOKED RICE

The present invention relates to a crushing apparatus and, more particularly, to a scorched rice crust-crushing apparatus for crushing a flat plate type scorched rice crust into a predetermined size by rotating a first crusher and a second crusher at the same time. An apparatus for crushing crust of scorched rice includes: a first crusher; and a second crusher which is installed oppositely to the first crusher, and in which a crushing blade crossing at right angles to that of the first crusher. The first crusher includes: a first rotating shaft on an outer circumferential surface of which a first key is formed along the longitudinal direction; a first crushing blade which is coupled to the first key, and on an outer circumferential surface of which a plurality of crushing teeth crossing at right angles to the first rotating shaft are installed; and a first rotating shaft gear mounted on an one end of the outer side of the first rotating shaft. The second crusher includes: a second rotating shaft on an outer circumferential surface of which a second key is formed along the longitudinal direction; a second crushing blade which is coupled to the second key, and on an outer circumferential surface of which a plurality of horizontal blades formed horizontally to the second rotating shaft are installed; and a first rotating shaft gear which is mounted on an one end of the outer side of the second rotating shaft and which drives rotation of the second crushing blade. The apparatus for crushing crust of scorched rice additionally includes a driving unit that drives rotation of the first crusher and the second crusher.
