The present invention relates to a cap for enhancing the performance of sweat absorption and dissipation and inhibiting stain formation due to components of sweat, and including a crown and a visor. The cap according to the present invention comprises: a sweat band which is coupled along the inner bottom edge of the crown, and includes a sweat absorption unit for absorbing sweat and a sweat storage unit for storing the sweat absorbed to the sweat absorption unit; and a sweat dissipation unit which covers at least a portion of the visor of the cap, and is connected to the sweat band to evaporate water in the components of the sweat stored in the sweat band. 본 발명은 땀 흡수와 발산 성능을 향상시키고, 땀 성분에 의한 얼룩 형성을 억제하는 모자에 관한 것으로, 크라운과 챙을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 모자는 상기 크라운의 내측 밑단 가장자리를 따라 결합하며, 땀을 흡수하는 땀 흡수부와 상기 땀 흡수부로 흡수된 땀을 저장하는 땀 저장부를 포함하는 땀 밴드; 및 상기 모자 챙의 적어도 일부를 감싸며, 상기 땀 밴드와 연결되어, 상기 땀 밴드에 저장된 땀 성분 중 수분을 발산하는 땀 발산부;를 포함한다.
