Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a body information smart chart system based on internet of things and a health care method using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the health care method using the smart chart comprises: a sensing step of measuring a body condition by using an internet-of-things sensor; a data transmitting step of transmitting sensed data to a smart mobile device; a disorder displaying step of displaying a body organ having a disorder on an anatomical character; and a medical treatment result displaying step of displaying a doctor′s medical treatment result on the anatomical character. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 스마트 차트 시스템을 이용한 헬스 케어 방법은 사물 인터넷 센서를 이용하여 신체의 상태를 측정하는 센싱 단계와, 센싱된 데이터를 스마트 모바일 기기로 전송하는 데이터 전송 단계와, 신체해부 캐릭터에 이상이 발생한 신체 기관을 표시하는 이상 발생 표시 단계, 및 의사가 진료한 결과를 상기 신체해부 캐릭터에 표시하는 진료결과 표시 단계를 포함한다.
