Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a culture medium composition for culturing a stem cell, and a method for culturing a stem cell. In the present invention, the composition and the method are capable of promoting the proliferation of a stem cell without a high-priced growth factor by adding an antioxidant additive containing mercaptoethanol when culturing the stem cell, and promoting the proliferation of the stem cell by overcoming conditions of oxidative stress without a high-priced, low-oxygen and partial-pressure culture medium. 본 발명은 줄기세포 배양용 배지 조성물 및 줄기세포의 배양방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 머캅토에탄올을 함유하는 항산화제 첨가물을 줄기세포 배양 시 첨가하여 고가의 성장인자 없이도 줄기세포의 증식을 촉진하고, 고가의 저산소분압배양기 없이도 산화 스트레스를 극복하여 줄기세포의 증식을 촉진할 수 있다.
