The integrated circular polarizing plate comprises: a linear polarizing plate; a 1/4λ phase difference plate formed on the linear polarizing plate; and a light absorption layer formed on an edge of at least one surface of the linear polarizing plate and the 1/4λ phase difference plate. 본 발명은 선편광판; 및 상기 선편광판 상에 형성된 1/4λ 위상차판을 포함하고, 상기 선편광판 및 상기 1/4λ 위상차판 중 적어도 일면의 테두리에 광 흡수층이 형성된 일체형 원편광판, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 유기발광 표시소자에 관한 것이다.
