Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition, a resin black matrix, and a touch panel and, more specifically, to a photosensitive resin composition which comprises: 40-80 parts by weight of a pigment; and 15-22 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a binder resin. The present invention further relates to a resin black matrix for a touch panel using the photosensitive resin composition. According to the present invention, carbon black is used as a pigment in the photosensitive resin composition, wherein the carbon black has the large average particle diameter and high current conductivity. Furthermore, the resin black matrix can be obtained by optimizing a content of the carbon black, thereby exhibiting excellent conductibility and surface resistance of less than or equal to 9.9 x 10^3 Ω/ .
본 발명은 감광성 수지 조성물과 이를 이용한 수지 블랙 매트릭스 및 터치패널에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 바인더 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 안료성분 40 내지 80중량부 및 광중합 개시제 15 내지 22중량부를 포함하는 감광성 수지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 터치패널용 수지 블랙 매트릭스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 감광성 수지 조성물은 안료로써 평균 입경이 큰 전기전도도가 높은 카본블랙을 사용하고 카본블랙의 함량을 최적화시켜 표면저항이 9.9 x 10Ω/ㅁ이하인 통전성이 우수한 수지 블랙 매트릭스를 얻을 수 있다. |
