Zusammenfassung:	A steelmaking electric furnace is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the steelmaking electric furnace comprises: a built-in brick unit coming in contact with molten steel; a steel coating unit covering an outer surface of the built-in brick unit; and a cooling unit installed inside a cross-sectional surface of the steel coating unit to cool heat transmitted from the molten steel to the steel cotaing unit.
