SYSTEM FOR SETTING REFERENCE INFORMATION MONITORING AND FORECASTING SYSTEM IN SMT PRODUCTION LINE

The present invention relates to a system for setting reference information of a system monitoring and predicting an abnormality of a surface mounting technology (SMT) production line so as to set the reference information through a client terminal. The system for setting reference information according to the present invention comprises: database which individually stores a plurality of information sets including data grouped based on at least one classification condition; a relay server which receives the data grouped based on the classification condition from the database after receiving the classification condition from a client terminal, processes the received data to generate reference information corresponding to the requested classification condition, and transmits the generated reference information to the client terminal; and the client terminal which resets the data of the reference information transmitted from the relay server so as to store the same in the database through the relay server. 본 발명은 클라이언트 단말기를 통해 기준 정보를 설정하기 위한 SMT 생산라인의 이상 감시 및 예측 시스템의 기준 정보 설정 시스템에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 분류 조건에 기초하여 그룹화된 데이터를 포함하는 복수의 상기 정보 세트를 개별적으로 저장하는 데이터 베이스; 상기 분류 조건을 상기 클라이언트 단말기로부터 요청받아 상기 분류 조건에 기초하여 그룹화된 데이터를 상기 데이터 베이스로부터 전송받고, 상기 전송받은 데이터를 가공하여 상기 요청된 분류 조건에 대응하는 기준 정보를 생성하고, 상기 생성된 기준 정보를 상기 클라이언트 단말기로 전송하는 중계 서버; 및 상기 중계 서버로부터 전송된 상기 기준 정보의 데이터를 재설정하여 상기 중계 서버를 통해 상기 데이터 베이스에 저장하는 클라이언트 단말기를 포함하는 SMT 생산라인의 이상 감시 및 예측 시스템의 기준 정보 설정 시스템에 관한 것이다.
