Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a non-cement binder using a steel-making byproduct and a method for producing the same, wherein the non-cement binder includes 90 to 95 parts by weight of blast furnace slag and 5 to 10 parts by weight of converter slag. According to the present invention, instead of cement generated through a high temperature plasticizing process by using limestone as a main ingredient, compression strength which is similar to cement may be ensured without a high temperature plasticizing step by using slag generated from a steel mill. Furthermore, carbon dioxide is not discharged, so environmentally-friendly properties are ensured. A byproduct is utilized, so production costs may be reduced. 본 발명은 고로슬래그 90 내지 95 중량부와 전로슬래그 5 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 제철 부산물을 이용한 무시멘트 결합재 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 석회석을 주원료로 하여 고온의 소성과정을 거쳐 생산되는 시멘트를 대신하여, 제철소에서 발생하는 슬래그를 이용하여 고온 소성과정 없이 시멘트와 유사한 압축강도 확보가 가능하다. 또한 이산화탄소를 배출하지 않아 친환경적이며, 부산물을 활용하여 원가절감 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
