Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a composition comprising a complex extract of Boehmeria tricuspis, Angelica decursiva, and Arctium lappa for anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activities. The complex extract of Boehmeria tricuspis, Angelica decursiva, and Arctium lappa, extracted with water or ethanol, and alcohol of the present invention can inhibit expression of iNOS and COX-1/2 which are inflammation-mediated factors, and can inhibit secretion of β-hexosaminidase which is an indicator of an allergic reaction. Accordingly, the effects of a complex function can be maximized by combination of three types of effective plants and a suitable extraction method. 거북꼬리, 바디나물 및 우엉의 복합추출물을 함유하는 항피부알러지 및 항염증용 조성물이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은 거북꼬리, 바디나물, 우엉의 복합추출물의 물 또는 에탄올, 주정 출물이 염증매개인자인 iNOS와 COX-1/2 발현을 억제하고, 알러지 반응의 지표인 β-hexosaminidase의 분비를 억제한다. 이와 같은 복합기능의 효과는 3가지 유효식물의 배합과 적절한 추출방법에 의하여 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
